Mary, went above and beyond. As a first time young home buyer she held my hand and walked me thru the whole things. She has such a high knowledge base and lever of experience she was able to explain everything in a way I could understand and feel confident. She is an amazing person and great at her job.

The perfect house WAS out there and of course when it hit the market, we knew it would be a competitive sale as we already lost another deal in the same neighborhood. Mary Doody is an amazing support staff and partner in selling our first house. There were some hiccups along the way but Mary was right there by our side to explain and calm us down when we had to put our house back on the market. I will be recommending Mary in the future to friends who are current Syracuse home owners who are looking to either buy or sell their house. It was a pleasure to work with her and greatly appreciate her advise and help.
